John R. Schumacher of California, Nancy Rosenthal’s father, made a $5,000 donation to LWV of Southwest Nassau for its member’s efforts on redistricting. Mr. Schumacher heard of our work on an ongoing basis; he feels strongly that our efforts on League work are indeed what will make democracy work.
