Ever Wonder How to Reach Your Public Officials?

LWV_TRY_2013 book coverOne of the responsibilities that we have  as a citizen of the United States is to engage in the public discussions that are happening each and every day at our State and National capitols.  But who do you call/write/email about your concerns about issues that will ultimately affect your life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness?

That’s where They Represent You (TRY) 2013 comes in handy. This inexpensive guide lists all of people representing you on a daily basis. This resource provides you with names, addresses, telephone number, email addresses of your local Senators and Assembly Members! It’s definitely a resource that you should use regularly, especially when legislation such as changes to voter registration, women’s rights and other hot topics, are under consideration.

Here is a list of our State senators and their phone numbers. They are always happy to hear from their constituents, so be sure to let them know how you feel about decisions being made and initiatives that you believe would be helpful to you and your community.
